The process
Process discovery and mapping
We workshop your current workflows to identify where the biggest time sinks, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks exist. We map the entire process and quantify the hours and cost being lost to manual work.
Automation design and architecture
We design the automation blueprint, selecting the right AI tools, LLMs, and integration platforms for your specific use case. Speed, reliability, and human oversight are built into every design.
Build and integration
We build the workflows using the best tools for the job, whether that's Make.com, n8n, custom APIs, or bespoke Python. Integrations connect to your existing stack: CRM, email, Slack, databases, and more.
Testing and refinement
Every automation is stress-tested with real data before going live. We simulate edge cases, error states, and high-volume scenarios, then refine the logic until outputs are consistently accurate and reliable.
Deployment, training and ongoing optimisation
We deploy, document, and train your team on every automation. Post-deployment, we monitor performance, adapt to changes in your stack or data, and keep improving the system as AI models evolve.
What you actually get out of it
Reclaim hundreds of hours
Tasks that take your team hours every week (data entry, lead research, report compilation, email drafting) can be automated to run in minutes. That time goes back into high-value work.
Scale without headcount
AI automation lets you do more without proportionally growing your team. Process far more leads, content, or customer queries with the same number of people, which changes your unit economics.
Consistent, error-free execution
Automated workflows don't have bad days. They execute the same process the same way every time, eliminating human error in critical operations like data transfer, reporting, and customer communication.
Human oversight where it counts
Automation should never publish, send or spend without a person in the loop on the decisions that matter. Every workflow is designed with explicit approval gates on anything client-facing or irreversible.
Common questions
Where should we start if we've never automated anything?
The highest-volume, lowest-judgement task you do. Usually that's lead routing, data entry between systems, or report assembly. Start where a mistake is cheap and the time saving is obvious, then expand.
Will this replace people on my team?
In most engagements it removes the work nobody wanted to do and gives that capacity back. If your goal is headcount reduction, say so up front so the design reflects it honestly rather than pretending otherwise.
What about accuracy? We can't have an AI making things up.
That's why approval gates matter. Anything client-facing or irreversible gets a human check before it goes out, and workflows are stress-tested against edge cases and error states before they go live.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not much. Most builds run on tools you already have plus an orchestration layer like n8n or Make. I'd rather connect your existing stack than sell you another subscription.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do, along with the documentation. If we stop working together you keep everything and your team can run it.
What does this cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually, so there is no price list to point you at. What moves the number: how much of the work is a fixed-scope project versus an ongoing retainer, the size and complexity of the site or account, how competitive your market is, and whether your team executes the recommendations or I do. Paid media is priced as a flat monthly fee tied to scope, never as a percentage of your ad spend, because that would reward me for spending more of your money. You get a written scope and a fixed number before anything starts, and I would rather tell you the budget is better spent elsewhere than sell you a retainer that will not work.
