Is Your GHL Subaccount Actually Set Up?
Most GoHighLevel accounts run at a fraction of their potential — two-stage pipelines, zero live workflows, no booking calendar. This read-only audit scores your setup in 30 seconds and tells you exactly what to fix first.
Run the audit
Your token is never stored. It's used for a handful of read-only API calls during this one request, then discarded — only the aggregated results are saved.
No token handy?
See exactly what the audit looks like against a sample subaccount — no credentials needed.
How to create a read-only token (2 minutes)
- In your subaccount: Settings → Private Integrations → Create new integration
- Give it a name like "Setup Audit" and select read-only scopes: opportunities/pipelines, locations (custom fields, custom values, tags), calendars, workflows, contacts
- Copy the token (starts with
pit-) — and your Location ID from Settings → Business Profile - Delete the integration afterwards if you like — the audit only needs it once
What we check (8 checks, 4 categories)
- Pipeline & Sales Process — pipelines exist, with real stages (not just New → Won)
- Data Foundation — custom fields, tags in use, custom values set
- Automation & Booking — at least one live workflow, booking calendar configured
- Account Activity — new contacts created in the last 30 days
If your token is missing a scope, that check is skipped — it won't count against your score.
