How Much of Your Google Ads Budget Is Wasted?

Upload your search terms report — we'll find the words and phrases burning spend with zero conversions and hand you the negative keyword list to stop it. No account access needed.

CSV only, 5 MB max. Your file is analyzed in memory and discarded — we keep only the aggregated results.

How to export your search terms report

  1. In Google Ads, go to Campaigns → Insights & reports → Search terms.
  2. Pick a date range (last 30–90 days works best).
  3. Click the Download icon and choose .csv.
  4. Upload the file here — the Google Ads export format works as-is.

Any CSV with search term, cost, clicks, and conversions columns works too.

What the analysis finds

  • Zero-conversion spend — 1-3 word phrases that accumulated real cost across many searches without a single conversion
  • Irrelevant intent — searches containing "free", "jobs", "DIY", "how to", and other words that signal the searcher will never buy
  • Proposed negative keywords — a deduplicated, phrase-match negative list you can paste straight into Google Ads

The average account wastes 10-30% of budget on junk search terms.

Broad match and "close variants" quietly expand what you pay for. A monthly n-gram sweep is the highest-ROI 10 minutes in PPC — see yours in 30 seconds.
